This tour runs year round.
Whether in winter or summer, the beauty and splendor of this National Park are breathtaking!
Opportunities to view wildlife abound. Short hikes through the boreal forest are offered, as well as learning more about the Park from Rangers at the visitor’s center. Children can take part in the Junior Ranger program and parents and children alike can get their Park Passports stamped here!
We pick you up at your hotel/accommodations at 8:30am and head south to Denali National Park.
Along the way, we stop at points of interests for photo opportunities and for views of Denali itself
if it’s clear, and we’re lucky enough. We also take a short drive down Stampede Trail, made
(in)famous by the book/movie, ”Into the Wild,” and a look at the replica of the bus built for the
Movie.
Inside the Park, we stop at the visitor’s center for Park information and natural history before
taking a short, relaxed hike through the boreal forest (In winter, we use snowshoes!).
We depart the Park around 3pm and return you to your accommodations by 5:30-6pm
