Once a booking is made, tour space is held with 50% deposit. Once a deposit has been made, a confirmation for the tour(s) will be sent via email. The remaining 50% is due the day of the tour.
Change fees for confirmed bookings: 10% of tour price. If a confirmed booking is cancelled more than 14 days from tour date, a full refund less a 10% fee, will be returned. If a confirmed booking is cancelled less than 14 days from tour date, there is no refund.
